Hello, My name is Tucker DiNapoli and I am a senior physics student with a
minor in computer science at the University of New Hampshire and I am
interested in working on mlton for the google summer of code 2013. I have
taken an sml course and a course on high performance computing (in which i
gave a presentation about SIMD instructions), and I think I could create a
proposal to work on SIMD primitives. This is an option on the list of mlton
GSoC ideas for this year and I think I am capable of it. I was wondering
who would be the mentor for this project, as there are 3 mentors listed and
so I was unsure of who to email. I would like to get in contact with them
to help develop a proposal and help get an understanding of the mlton code
base (as my sml experience is with smlnj). I look forward to getting
involved in the mlton project.
Thank You,
Tucker DiNapoli
