[MLton] MLton 2014 Google Summer of Code Prep

Dear MLton.org Community,

	As many of you know, last years MLton.org’s application to Google Summer of Code (GSoC) was successful.  As a first year organization it was a learning experience for us, but also a very rewarding one.  We had two MLton.org mentors and two students. Both projects completed by the students, SIMD and RTOS support, were successful.  	This year we plan on applying to participate in GSoC once again.  The deadline for MLton.org to submit its application is February 14th. We would like to expand the program to the larger MLton.org community. We are looking for both projects as well as volunteers to be GSoC mentors.  By having a larger project and mentor pool we will be able to expand the number of students that can work on MLton during this years GSoC. We plan on starting with the projects that were not picked by students in 2013.
