[MLton] configure and gmp

Hello.
Configure do not found gmp lib with help --with-gmp-include and
--with-gmp-lib flags:

> ./configure  --with-gmp-include=/usr/local/include --with-gmp-lib=/usr/local/lib

> grep ac_cv_header_gmp_h config.log
ac_cv_header_gmp_h=no


env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib ./configure
> grep ac_cv_header_gmp_h config.log
ac_cv_header_gmp_h=yes
