I found the issue!
On first PC (where the error was) MLton 20130715 installed.
On second PC (where it is OK) MLton 2017... installed.

In Makefile exist line:
  mlton -stop f ../lib/stubs/mlton-stubs/sources.mlb

MLton 2017 produces list of files.

MLton 20130715 print version:
> mlton -stop f ../lib/stubs/mlton-stubs/sources.mlb
MLton 20130715 (built Sun May  8 19:16:42 UTC 2016 on test-bsd)
