Are there any Debian experts around? A change to the Debian environment
seems to have broken the latest MLton package, and they are planning to
remove MLton from Debian as a result. Here's the issue with its
discussion thread:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=837567
I don't know if there's more ongoing effort not documented there, but I
didn't recognize any ML-community people in the discussion, and I figure
this could be a relatively easy fix for one of y'all. I'm really hoping
to avoid having MLton get kicked out of Debian, since the Debian package
for my Ur/Web language depends on it.
Matthew Fluet said offlist that the problem is familiar to him and looks
easy to solve, but this is going to take someone to engage in a
Debian-specific way.
