The mlton mailing lists are run via sourceforge, so we don't directly
manage the mailman installation.

The ICFP CFP might have been treated specially, since the sender isn't
subscribed to the list and it needed moderator approval to be posted.
(But, that's just using the mailman moderator interface, so nothing
special that I'm doing.)
