On stock Debian, mlton pulls in mlton-compiler, which pulls in
mlton-runtime and several other packages.  On Raspbian, for some
reason, these other packages are not available.  And I have not
had much luck finding a way to report the issue.

I guess I will have to figure out which is easier, building the
Raspbian packages from source, or setting up MLton for
cross-compilation.  (I have found the page at mlton.org on
cross-compilation, so that's a start.)
