This is official licence of Moto, but here I see some problems. If I
create commercial and closed-source it'll use codex files as part of
it, so my application have to be also GPL...

If I properly understand the problem all codex would have to be LGPL
and located outside of compiled module to satysfy that licence with
creation of closed-source, or be under other licence (Apache/BSD?).
