The extensions and any libraries that get linked into compiled code through mmc should definitely be under the LGPL. The language files themselves should probably stay under the GPL. I've avoided all the license files for some time however and I really don't know what the standards are for documenting which components are under what license. Anyone want to explain to me which files I need to change to make this the case ... or even better, send me a patch file ? Note that currently there are probably licensing problems distributing mmc compiled modules that use codex.db.mysql commercially since MySQL AB has license restrictions on the mysql db drivers. -Dave On Wednesday, March 19, 2003, at 11:42 AM, Cyb.org wrote: > Copyright: GPL > > This is official licence of Moto, but here I see some problems.
