RE: Moto vi syntax file

I think once it's been tested a while we can send it in. A little bit after
I sent it to the list I found a small error I fixed with inline commenting
(//comments) :) I really want to get the HTML syntax highlighting working
correctly for embedded moto in HTML.

I can add it to the contrib no problem as well.
