- MySQL licence - http://www.mysql.com/products/licensing.html
 Double GPL/Commercial licence
 For thing 100% GPL it's free to use and for commercial we have to buy
 licance.
- PostgreSQL Licence - http://www.postgresql.com/licence.html
 BSD licence - you can even modify source for database and sell it
 without providing modifications and/or sources

Source code for SMTP codex extension is GPL if I recall correctly.
