Moto and PHP4 on the same server

	Anyone who has had trouble using both Moto and PHP4 on the same web 
server (as happens under Mac OS X or Redhat 7.3 for instance) please 
try downloading and installing moto 0.19.1 and let me know if it fixes 
the problems:
