crashes the compiler with...
mlsub.typing.BadSizeEx: 1 expected, 0 given

the same error occurs when Int extends Term<T>

Fixed this one in CVS.

Daniel how complete is the implementation of fixing 
typeparameters? It seems not well tested at least...
