Feature Requests item #1076945, was opened at 2004-12-01 20:59 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by artemgr You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=362788&aid=1076945&group_id=12788 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: Artem Gr Kozarezov (artemgr) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: source charset encoding option Initial Comment: A command-line option specifying charset encoding of source files. It seems that Nice compiler currently uses default charset encoding, specified in the "file.encoding" system property. It is not always possible to set "file.encoding" to the value desired (for example, when running under J2EE container or in other collaborative environments). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Artem Gr Kozarezov (artemgr) Date: 2005-02-26 16:34 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=289741 http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do;jsessionid=4ec765d1a4f961ffffffffce523f75e51e564:WuuT?bug_id=4163515 - wow! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Artem Gr Kozarezov (artemgr) Date: 2004-12-07 18:37 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=289741 It's even worser than I thought. http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?forumID=37&threadID=563074 http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4808414 ( I've encountered this bug on 1.4.2_04, Windows XP ). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=362788&aid=1076945&group_id=12788 ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
