Initial Comment:
A command-line option specifying charset encoding of
source files.

It seems that Nice compiler currently uses default
charset encoding, specified in the "file.encoding"
system property. It is not always possible to set
"file.encoding" to the value desired (for example, when
running under J2EE container or in other collaborative
environments).
