Replace the Java method of String concatenation with
the use
of StringBuffer on j2sdk < 1.5 and StringBuilder for
any later
version.

Agreed. Is there an urgent need for this? I assume this is
an optimization that is good to have, but not critical in
most programs. Please set the priority accordingly,
depending on how important this is for you.
