I implemented the static import feature, and it's available in the development 
version (http://nice.sf.net/nice.jar).

I did not implement the .* form yet, as I'm not sure we want to go this far. 
Amusingly, even Sun is sort of advising against it 
(http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/language/static-import.html). Opinions?

Testing is welcome.
