Wikipedia has an article about Nice. I don't know about DMOS, but it seems 
related to dmoz, which also has an entry for Nice (in PL/OO, number 5 by 
pagerank in google's directory ;-)

Everybody is indeed welcome to make announcements about Nice in places they 
find appropriate.
