The problem with this is to keep both synchronized. I think the good solution 
is to put new contributions on the wiki (say accessible from 
http://nice.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Doc/UserManual). They can then 
be incorporated in the manual.

Alternatively, patches to the docbook file are welcome.
