i had put=20

NICEPATH environment variable:
Start/Settings/Control Panel/System/Advanced/Environment Variables/New.
 i put NICEPATH at User variables for Administrator=20
      with variable name: NICEPATH
      and  Variable value : C:\Nice
But i want to know whether am i doing was right or wrong ?
and i want to know too should i extract nice.jar or not ?
How i write a nice syntax and how i running it?
