So you'd put that stuff in it's own package, and import it.

From what I've seen, one of the more interesting aspects of Wirth's
language design was how willing he was to sacrifice sacred cows. In
Oberon there was no for loop! (He brought it back it Oberon-2).

What's the minimum we need?
