I do this kind of thing quite often. Unfortunately in this case, your answer isn't there. Uri is a module provided by the ocaml-uri library [1], not Core. So another thing you have to do is understand which libraries your code depends on. In the case of opam packages, you can click on a package's documentation [2] where dependencies are listed.
