Thanks for your suggestion, but in the  page you link to the author explicitly indicates that he is not maintaining Chamo any more, let alone Cameleon.
 
  I guess I'll have to concentrate on installing Chamo with opam first.

glade is an interface designer tool/helper for gtk, your search engine will give you lots of hits.
 
 Looks like it is used in cameleon.
