oasis is not suppressing any warning, it is corebuild that is enabling
more warnings than the default one. See the definition of corebuild as
a shell script as:

  https://github.com/janestreet/core/blob/master/corebuild

in particular, it passes the following options to ocamlbuild

 [...]
 -tag debug \
 -cflags "-w A-4-33-40-41-42-43-34-44" \
 -cflags -strict-sequence \
 [...]

There are two ways to do the corresponding thing with _oasis. Either
in the _oasis file (see the documentation at
http://oasis.forge.ocamlcore.org/MANUAL.html#plugin-ocamlbuild-doc-build
), by adding

  AlphaFeatures: ocamlbuild_more_args

at the toplevel and, in your Package section,

  XOCamlbuildExtraArgs: -tag debug -tag strict_sequence -tag
"warn(A-4-33-40-41-42-43-34-44)"

or, in your _tags file, outside the section handled by OASIS, you can
add the line

  true: debug, strict_sequence, warn(A-4-33-40-41-42-43-34-44)
