Apparently, the file is names ',' (i.e. single comma) in

ftp://ftp.kurims.kyoto-u.ac.jp/pub/lang/olabl/

, i.e. I can download

ftp://ftp.kurims.kyoto-u.ac.jp/pub/lang/olabl/,

and it appears to be the file.

Please fix the name.
