GMenu.factory add_image_item broken?

Hi all,

noticed that using add_image_item on a GMenu.factory doesn't work: the
image/widget is not displayed (only the label).

e.g.
https://github.com/paparazzi/paparazzi/blob/v5.6/sw/logalizer/plotter.ml#L451
or
https://github.com/paparazzi/paparazzi/blob/v5.6/sw/logalizer/plotter.ml#L471

I know that this worked in the past, unfortunately I don't know anymore
when (and on what version) it was working.

It's currently not working using lablgtk 2.16.0+dfsg-1

Any ideas/pointers would be appreciated.
