https convenient client

	Hi all !


I've been playing with ocamlnet recently, and I really lack a simple https 
client.

I'll be trying to implement this using netclient and equeue-ssl, but if you 
could give me some basic hints on how to use equeues and current netclient 
functions to handle http it would save me some time as I don't get well how 
equeues integrate within netclient..

Of course, I'll contribute it to the module when it's done :-)
