I'm using netplex/nethttpd/netcgi to write a small, single-process/ multi-threaded web-server. The Netcgi interface is great to serve the actual HTTP responses, but I also need a few "housekeeping" threads in the same process (for session management and a custom OCaml database). Is it possible in the Netplex framework to create these singleton threads which exist outside of the actual protocol reactors? It looks like I could use the RPC framework to make this work, but I'm looking for something much more lightweight --- just a thread, but one that can use the container logging and other nice features of Netplex. -anil ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Create and Deploy Rich Internet Apps outside the browser with Adobe(R)AIR(TM) software.
