3.6.x contains duplicate method in netpop triggering a new OCaml 4.01.0 error

3.6.x contains duplicate method, "stat", in netpop.ml which triggers a
new OCaml 4.01.0 error.

This causes 3.6.x and forward dependencies to fail to build under
4.01.0+dev in OPAM.
