Yes, found time today. The fix is in svn, both in trunk and in the onet4
branch (current development). It also avoids camlp4 as dependency now (I
had to rewrite a bunch of parsers to get this). So, I think OCamlnet is
now ready for 4.02 (well, there is no bytes support yet, but this has
clearly more time).

The unit tests pass, but it would be good if this sees a bit more
testing.
