Issue with Unix socket permission

There is, as far as I know, no way to indicate the socket permission. Therefore, when launching a netplex server process, the socket ends up with default system permission (generally 755). Hence, clients with different UID cannot properly exchange with the server. This is a serious limitation when using this socket backend. It would be preferable to have fine-grained access to the desired socket permissions for instance from the netplex configuration file.
