Re: [install and use local::lib module]

Hello Maxim,

I say $HOME/perl5 (~/perl5) is where my
personally installed modules are located.
Actually in ~/perl5/lib/perl5/

I am less sure about $HOME/.cpan (~/.cpan),
but I think that is where the cpan settings
are stored.  But looking inside it suggests
it is more than just settings.
