The difference between 5.8 and 5.4 is a lot more than convenient fixes. I see where you're coming from, but quite frankly for certain things such as XML programming using 5.6 is already a drag and I would have to be paid lots to bother trying to get some of my stuff to work on 5.5, let alone 5.4. Do consider the fact that there are things that have changed since '97 that just can't be comfortably emulated. -- Robin Berjon
