[0]jesse writes "At YAPC::NA, David H. Adler and I announced the creation
of a new set of awards for the perl community: the [0]NJAPHs. These
awards recognize Perl hackers who have made an outstanding technical
contribution in the past year. [0]Nominations are now open, and will be
tallied at OSCON, where information about how to cast your vote will be
announced. The awards will be presented at YAPC::EU."
