using a particular block name, and those same users start screaming about
it, we can mournfully point to the passage in the original spec and

[2]MailChannels on some of the technology behind their efforts to make
life miserable for spammers. There's an excellent description of using
Event::Lib to handle many simultaneous connections and very high network
loads, plus a little hype for a company using perl to solve some tricky
network issues."
