[0]Alias writes "Reading through [1]Schwern's journal entry on why it's
bad to have strict version-specific dependency locking (which I agree
with entirely in the case of CPAN dependencies) I thought it might be
prudent to mention a couple of cases where the opposite is true, because
sometimes version locking is really useful.
