At YAPC::Europe this year I gave a talk called [0]Proud to Use Perl where
I talked about some of the achievements of the Perl community and
suggested that we should shout about these achievements a little more
than we do.

And as an example of this shouting, I set up a new [1]Proud to Use Perl
web site where I was going to write about all of the amazing things that
Perl has to be proud of.

Which I did for about a week.

The workshop's topic is "Your future with Perl" and we're interested in
hearing about your talks on these topics:

  * Perl 6, Rakudo, Parrot

  * Modern use of Perl

  * Good testing practices using Perl

  * Perl used in new and novel ways

  * Your Favourite Topic? (systems administration / life sciences / web
    development)

To submit a proposal for a talk/presentation, please [1]register your
proposed title and an abstract.

Submissions are due midnight (23:59 CET) on January 11th 2009.
