Hi Terje,

First off my compliments for the great site and great competition.
I can hardly wait for the next hole...

I have two questions about the score, which have been puzzling me for
some time - just out of curiousity.

1) How do you determine the scores per hole? I see that it is a
   linear scale, and it even adjusts itself during the contest.
2) What's the difference between "Average points" and "Rating"
   in the playerlist?
