Gang, With CDBI + mod_perl2 used on so many projects, doesn't it seem like "we" ought to do something about this? IMHO it's rediculous to patch CPAN modules installed on your system. In fact, isn't that just one of those things we *shouldn't* do? I don't have a better solution this morning, other than forking Ima::DBI and having new versions of CDBI use that instead. I do a lot of projects using CDBI and it's annoying jumping through these kind of hoops. It's reminiscent of the '90s. I would like to help out in any way I can. Just point me in the right direction. Everyone who isn't on Windows should be running the prefork MPM. > I'm not, but i'd still rather avoid having to use the > db_Main code if i can. For the moment, you can grab the patch here: http://lists.digitalcraftsmen.net/pipermail/classdbi/2005-October/000338.html - Perrin _______________________________________________ ClassDBI mailing list ClassDBI-Ra3b/[email protected] http://lists.digitalcraftsmen.net/mailman/listinfo/classdbi _______________________________________________ ClassDBI mailing list ClassDBI-Ra3b/[email protected] http://lists.digitalcraftsmen.net/mailman/listinfo/classdbi
