[CDBI] Class::Trigger update

I'm updating Class::Trigger module per requests from my co-workers
here at Six Apart. Because Class::DBI relies *_trigger methods on
Class::Trigger, I think it's worthwhile to let you guys know early.

Ping me if this change breaks anything (I believe not). All unit tests
still pass, even with bug fixes.
