[CDBI] [ANNOUNCE] - Class::DBI::Sweet 0.09

Greetings,

Class::DBI::Sweet 0.09 is now available for public consumption.  This
release fixes all bugs filed against version 0.08 except for a minor time
zone bug which I haven't been able to replicate.

I am the new maintainer, so if you have patches please email me for a
commit bit.  I'm moving the repository to sourceforge but their new
project registration is having some problems, so it will be a few days
