On the other hand, perhaps it is not really a bug, because SQLite seems
to automatically convert strings to numeric values where necessary. But
it certainly doesn't look like "right" when debugging SQL that has been
put together using the quote() method.

I extended the test to include DBD::DBM and it does the same as
DBD::Pg, so perhaps it still is something to be fixed?
