Thanks a lot, I was able to generate one report in the evening. Perl script is connecting to Oracle database.
Some of URLs (links) also depending on Perl scripts which will indirectly connects to Databases fetches the data.

I think, Perl Oracle module installed successfully.

Still verifying lot of other scripts are working or not.
