Version 3.2.1 of DBD::Pg, the Perl interface to Postgres,
has just been released. In addition to some bug fixes, 
there is a new handle attribute called pg_placeholder_nocolons. 
When set, it will prevent the colon character from being picked 
up as a placeholder. More information can be found at:
