1. Maybe next time make the extension match the file type: .tgz
   or .tar.gz
2. Make it extract, like RC2, to DBD-Oracle-1.22-RC3 instead of to
   trunk
3. The comment flaw is still in:

"Oracle.xs", line 252: warning #2009-D: nested comment is not allowed
