Time to Document Callbacks

Tim,

I think it's high time we documented callbacks. I'm pretty sure the  
DBIx::Class folks are going to want to make use of them shortly. I'd  
be happy to contribute the docs. Is there a way to get a list of all  
possible callback keys?
