[ANNOUNCE] DBD::Sys-0.01_xx

Hi all,

as DBI-1.612 becomes stable and ready to ship now, I'm starting to
upload (short cycled) development releases of DBD::Sys.

If anyone is willing to test, submit ideas, bug reports etc., I would
be glad to do what ever I can to get the next release (will be 0.100,
to make the version management happy) more impressive.

 From my part following things will be done before I ship the release:

1) Introduce a table containing currently open files (using Unix::Lsof)
2) Add at least one of Win32::IPConfig or Net::Ifconfig::Wrapper to get
    network interface data on Windows, too

When I find enough time, a table containing installed software will be
added and maybe (I will need help there) tables for logical volume
managers (disk devices, physical volumes and logical volumes).

Any feedback is gladly taken.
