The next European PostgreSQL day is going to be between 6-8 December
in Stuttgart, Germany.

It seems like a very cool conference and it might be interesting to
offer some Perl related talks there.
It might be interesting to talk on how to use Pg from Perl,
DBIx::Class or PgTAP just to throw in
a couple of ideas.
