The DBD::DB2 driver is supported by DB2 UDB V9 and later. See
http://www.software.ibm.com/data/db2/perl for more information on supported
environments.


Time to upgrade the DB2 you are using - or downgrade to a version of
DBD::DB2 that supports DB2 V8.1.
