Unicode-6.0 and Unicode improvements in general are *THE* reason for me
(our company) to plan for a 5.10.1 -> 5.14.2 update

I use Unicode a lot, and we require 5.8.4 as an absolute minimum when
dealing with Unicode. 5.8.1 is not good enough.
