Works and runs for me:

$ prove -vb t/rt13865.t

All tests successful.
Files=1, Tests=9, 12 wallclock secs ( 0.03 usr  0.01 sys +  0.14 cusr  0.07 csys =  0.25 CPU)
Result: PASS
